Real estate market continues hectic pace
The Hamilton area's real estate market continued a hectic pace through October.
The latest report from the Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington shows 1,421 sales, an increase of 13 per cent on the same month in 2014. That's 25.8 per cent higher than the 10-year average, the third month in a row where monthly records were broken.
